Before grad school, Kang\u2019s work was about inorganic\/polymer chemistry and applying conductive polymer energy storage devices, such as asymmetric supercapacitors. Currently, his research is mainly focusing on electrocatalytic and photocatalytic small molecule conversion and synthesis. Such as CO<sub>2<\/sub> reduction, biomass oxidation, and small organic molecules synthesis via electrochemical methods.
